office as follows: Arturo Morato' as Mayor, Pio G. Lagra, Vice Mayor, Francisco Morato, Julio Lasgado,Luis Batica, and Pacifico
Laurel as Counselors. Administering the oath was the Secretary of Interiors - Rafael Alunan and on his left is Mayor Tomas
B. Morato' of Quezon City.
